Our conference is held annually at the Sheraton Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Hamilton at 116 King Street West. The Sheraton offers our conference attendees a discounted price on accommodations. Please call the toll free reservation line at 1-800-325-3535 and quote the “Risk & Recovery Conference”. Rooms must be booked no later than March 23th, 2012 to receive the discount. Check in is 3:00pm and Check out is noon. Our event will be held mainly on the second floor of the Sheraton. Registration will be held in the ballroom foyer and the keynote lectures begin each day in the Centre/East ballroom. Parking is available underground for an extra fee of $9.00 per night. There is lots of other pay parking in the area, including under Jackson Square Mall, Hamilton Place Theatre or in the parking lots on the corners of Bay and King. The Sheraton Hotel is also on many city bus routes. |

We will be utilizing the second floor of the Sheraton Hotel. The Ballrooms (East, South, West and Central), the MacNab room and the Charlton rooms can be found on here. You can take either the elevators from the main lobby to the second floor or walk the grand staircase. |
