2 Hour Virtual Cooking Class
Evening of Thursday April 15 from 6:30-8:30pm EST
Join us for a live 2 hour online cooking class with local Chef Erica Guidi!
Perfect for (well literally), anyone, these classes have been designed to bring some excitement and fun to your lives while we’re all stuck inside at home! Since travelling is restricted, Erica has created a series of classes that will transport you to countries that she’s visited and guide you through a lesson in recreating some of her favourite regional dishes!
In this class you'll create :
1 Appetizer + Main Course
Prior to the class, students will receive:
Ingredient Kit (delivery for a fee) or recipe list

During the class, students will receive:
Lesson in knife skills
How to cut an Onion and Garlic
Step by Step work through of the recipe with multiple camera angles
A moderator who will prompt me to answer any questions that come in
Suggestions on Proper Plating Techniques
Post Cooking Class, students will receive:

Chef Erica Guidi
A passionate lover of food Chef Erica Guidi has spent the past 8 years engorged in food culture honing her skills and gaining international exposure to flavours, products and techniques.
She opened Blend Catering to facilitate the availability of gourmet food options to the people. From Intimate Events, Wedding Catering and even Gourmet Take-Home Meals Erica creates menus and food options that are meant to nourish the body and mind by using local and seasonal ingredients that inspire and satisfy the palate
Erica comes alive when she’s able to teach others. She has been teaching cooking classes at various venues including the LCBO for the past 6 years. Through Blend Catering she offer’s approachable and fun hands-on Cooking Classes to individuals and also as corporate team building events. Since Covid, she has adapted and created a Virtual Cooking Class experience.
Erica has worked at the International Cannes Film Festival in France. She has appeared on 3 seasons of The Food Network's T.V show Fire Masters as a sous chef and she has also food styled for various corporate clients and, recently for Celebrity Chef Matty Matheson.
